Durable vinyl material

Each sticker is made with vinyl material that’s super strong. Naturally a rigid plastic, the addition of a plasticiser makes vinyl stretchy and flexible, all while remaining highly-tear resistant.

We then combine this with high-quality printing, professional UV-resistant inks and strong acrylic adhesive to give you all the properties you would hope to find in a vinyl sticker:

- Very tough and durable
- Water and weatherproof
- Rip, scuff and scratch resistant
- Sticks well on curves and textures
- Dirt and mark resistant (and wipeable too)
- Freezable
- Chemical resistant
- Really good looking.

There is one disadvantage however: they cost more than paper, so if you don’t need any of the above, we’d recommend hopping over to our paper stickers page to save some money. Otherwise, carry on!

How vinyl stickers can be used

As they can be completely customised with any design, the possibilities are endless.

You can use them for business, office and promotional use with premium quality to enhance your brand. It’s also possible to create vinyl stickers to use as personalised labels and equipment tags, as you can choose the exact shape and measurements to print all the information required down to the letter.

For small to medium sizes, they work superbly as decals to add your artwork to any item of your choosing. Some customers even create custom vinyl stickers for their phone cases, laptops and other devices, as the vinyl resists friction damage and the possibility of staining over time.

Vinyl Sticker Features

Exceptional quality

We print every vinyl sticker we make in high-definition using commercial HP Indigo technology. This ensures fantastic colour and detail that will really bring out the best in your design.

Highly durable vinyl

Vinyl is a flexible PVC thermoplastic that’s tear, rip, scratch and UV resistant. It’s fully waterproof too. We also use a higher-density vinyl material for extra durability, and it can be laminated further to double the usual lifespan.

A premium surface for your design

A great benefit of vinyl for a sticker is the extra smooth, opaque surface. It prints very well with a rich build-up of colour. The mirror-like smoothness also allows for plenty of very fine detail. This is in contrast to other materials like paper which can experience “dot gain”, where the ink spreads out a little as it’s absorbed into the fibres.

Specialist vinyl sticker adhesives and inks

We only use commercial HP inks with an extended gamut for beautiful, deep and accurate colour. It’s designed to last too, as it dries tough and has built-in fade resistance.

And with acrylic-based adhesive, these vinyl stickers will hold strong with ease. After all, there’s no point having a strong material like vinyl without strong ink and adhesive to go with it! They all have their part to play.

Enhance with finishes and embellishments

Spruce your stickers up with a shiny gloss or silky matt finish. You can also choose from normal white material, or transparent vinyl for a clear look, which includes white ink to make the design blend perfectly into any surface.

Enhance the look even further too, with shimmering metallic for a foil-effect that’ll give any vinyl sticker an extra touch of luxury.

Cutting options

Cut for rolls

Supplied on rolls with 76mm cardboard cores, including additional options such as orientation and leading edge. This is ideal for larger volumes (or larger sized) vinyl stickers. Every sticker will be kiss cut to the desired shape while leaving the backing unscathed for easy peeling.

This is the cheapest cost-per-unit cutting option we offer, and also ideal if you’re buying them as vinyl labels and using an applicator.

Cut for sheets

Have the vinyl stickers supplied on DL, A6, A5 or A4 sheets, which is one of the widest varieties available online in the UK! We’ll fit as many as we can on each sheet, and kiss cut them for easy peeling.

This option is more versatile, as you can just take out the sheets you need and store the rest for later. It’s also has the lowest minimum order value if you’re looking to order a smaller quantity.

Cut as individual singles

Would you like to distribute before peeling? Look no further than individually cut singles. We’ll kiss cut the stickers and then cut around the backing material of each one to leave them loose.

With this, you can distribute them one by one (say for promotions or as merchandise) and use them separately later on.

In the unlikely event you're unhappy about anything, we'll immediately re-print your order or give you a full refund. It's one of the reasons why we have a 5 star rating from over 6,000 customer reviews!

Delivery is FREE for all Pro orders, with next-day delivery after dispatch as standard to receive your order as quickly as possible.

We ship with DPD or Royal Mail depending on your order selection. Full tracking will be available, including a time slot for delivery on the day.

Need to return your order because of a problem? Contact us and we'll go over options including a full reprint or refund.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The main benefit is durability. Given they’re made out of vinyl material, each one is waterproof, tear-resistant and scratch-resistant. They therefore resist wear-and-tear better than paper, which can absorb water and is easier to rip.

For optimum adhesion and longevity, we always recommend a smooth, dry and clean surface, such as plastic, metal or glass.

Other surfaces can be suitable too, such as wood or concrete, but a rough surface texture may lower adhesion, especially in harsh environments.

They certainly are, but we recommend ordering through our waterproof stickers page instead for more information and the full array of options available.

They are yes! This makes them ideal if you would prefer a more environmentally-conscious approach.

Choose ANY shape and size with your own measurements, pick from a range of finishes (including gloss, matt, clear and metallic), and even choose the supply format (such as rolls, sheets or singles). With this we offer some of the widest customisation options for vinyl stickers in the UK.

You can also upload your own design, or we’ll create one free with our design service. Just tell us how you need it to look and we’ll take care of it.

To avoid bubbles, press the centre to begin with and then spread outwards to ensure firm adhesion. A clean, dry and smooth surface is always best.

Unfortunately not, as the thickness of the vinyl means it’s unlikely to flex in the same way as fabric and may result in peeling. For this we recommend fabric labels which can be stitched on.

Absolutely! They’ll stick great on smooth surfaces like this, and the strong adhesive means they’ll stick firmly around curves too. Providing you choose lamination while ordering, they’ll also resist washing and rinsing cycles with ease.

However, if mugs are likely to contain boiling liquids, we recommend contacting us for advice first, as very high temperatures can soften acrylic-based adhesives.

They’re brilliant for this exact purpose, especially with our large maximum size allowance of up to 97.4cm. This means you can create large vinyl signage and decals for indoor or outdoor use in any weather conditions.

Need it even bigger? Contact us to discuss multi-part vinyl stickers which can be positioned side-by-side for a seamless look.

Indoors they can last for decades. Outdoors they can typically last 3-5 years in wind, rain and shine. However, UV from direct bright sunlight over prolonged periods can cause the colour to fade over time, so if in doubt, please contact us for advice on how you intend to use them.

These stickers are tough, so you can easily wipe across them with a wet cloth (and even a bit of soap) to remove dirt and grime.

For highly textured surfaces, it may be easier to wash over the sticker with plenty of water instead of trying to rub over it with a cloth.
