Placing an Order FAQ

You certainly can. There are two methods to do this:

Designs of different shapes or sizes

You will need to add these as separate products (i.e. parts) in your basket. Use our online calculator, upload one design, add it to your basket, and then repeat. Once finished, you can check out online.

You can also use this process if you're ordering different specifications (such as paper for one design and vinyl for another).

Designs of the same shape and size

With our multi-design feature, you can enter a quantity of stickers or labels, then split this quantity across multiple designs. For example:

Overall quantity: 500

• Artwork A = 200
• Artwork B = 150
• Artwork C = 150

And because they're all printed in the same run across a larger quantity, you can enjoy our bulk quantity discounts! However, to use our multi-design feature, they must all be under the same specifications (including shape and size).

To begin, choose the stickers or labels you need from our main menu, and then enter your requirements into our online order calculator. 

We have different minimum spends depending on the options you choose when ordering:

Waterproof vinyl or paper stickers/labels, supplied on A4 sheets = From £12 (in ANY shape and size)

Paper stickers/labels, supplied on A4 sheets, in PRE-SET sizes = From £5.85

Transparent, metallic, textured paper, and any material on rolls = From £48 (in ANY shape and size)

Yes you can! To begin, choose the stickers or labels you need from our main menu, and then enter your requirements into our online order calculator. You can then add it to your basket and check out online.

We can also give you advice and answer any questions you may have first. 

If you need to modify something (such as the shape, size, material, finish or design), it's vital that you contact us as quickly as possible so we can modify your order before we start printing.

If it's caught before we begin printing, modifying your order is free. However, changing specifications may result in a price difference. If the new price is more than what you paid, there will be an additional charge. If it's less, then we will credit or refund the difference.

All payments are processed through our Opayo by Elavon secure payment portal (previously known as Sage Pay) for full payment security.

We have three options available to suit your preferences:

• Upload artwork - Got a design ready? Upload it during checkout
• Bespoke design - No artwork yet? We'll create it for you with our design service
• Buy now and upload later - Ideal if you don't have the design to hand, or you're still creating it.

• Product - Choose from custom stickers, labels on rolls, vinyl stickers, waterproof stickers, product labels and much more.
• Shape - Any shape
• Size - Any bespoke size
• Type - Standard white, clear, metallic, textured paper and more
• Material - Options including waterproof polypropylene vinyl and paper
• Supply - Have the stickers/labels supplied on rolls, sheets or as singles

Yes we do. Just select plain packaging on the basket during checkout, or tell our sales advisor if you're ordering by phone/email. We'll then make sure the packaging is plain with no reference to Discount Sticker Printing.

There will be no packing slip or invoice included either.

This is ideal if you're a reseller or purchasing custom stickers/labels on behalf of a client.
