Bespoke printing can be pretty complex. We aren’t just picking a product off a shelf and shipping it. Every order is different, with unique designs, files, sizes, shapes, quantities and setups.
On average, your stickers or labels are likely to go through 6 different machines as we set up, print, cut, trim, finish and package your order.
For that reason, our delivery dates are estimates only. We strive to deliver every order on time, and we successfully do that in 95% of cases, but sometimes orders will arrive slightly later than the suggested date.
Factors that can extend the estimated delivery date include:
The choice of stickers or labels
Metallic, clear with white ink and custom cut can extend turnaround by 1 to 2 working days.
Artwork supply
Our estimated dates are based on receiving print-ready artwork that meets specifications. If your artwork needs some adjustments, we’ll do that free of charge as part of our Artwork Check Guarantee, but this may delay your order slightly.
Bespoke design
If you need designs created by our in-house designers, this is likely to push back the delivery date, and will depend on how many revisions are required until you are happy with the result.
Approving proofs
If a proof is required for your order, we can only begin printing once you’ve approved the proof. Any delays in approving it can therefore result in a delivery delay.
Errors
Selecting the wrong quantity, size or finish, and even things such as spelling errors in artwork, can result in delays. We therefore suggest double checking everything to avoid any hiccups.
We'll do our very best to get your order delivered on the estimated date, and in the vast majority of cases we’ll do exactly that. However, please keep the above in mind on urgent, time-critical jobs.
Concerned about being available to receive the delivery? Not to worry. We offer FREE next-day tracked delivery after dispatch with DPD, so you’ll receive an email to inform you of the exact date and time-slot when your order is on its way.
