Is the design really free?
For Pro orders with Discount Sticker Printing, a bespoke design is free of charge if you need it. With Basic orders, there's a small additional charge. You can explore both options by using our order tool above.
Who will create it?
Your design will be created by our in-house graphics team who are also responsible for checking, amending and proofing orders.
What information do I need to provide?
As much or as little as you like. Usually, a small brief should be provided outlining the concept, text and colour themes which you can add in the notes box during checkout. If you have any images to include, you can also upload these alongside the notes.
What if I don't have any ideas yet?
Not a problem. Just tell us how you intend to use your sticker or label, and we'll come up with a concept for you. The more information you can provide though, the better.
How long will it take to produce the design?
We'll usually have a design over for you to look at within one working day. Typically a free design adds 1 to 3 working days to our usual printing turnaround times.
What if I don't need a custom design?
Our design service is entirely optional. If you have your own artwork prepared, you can upload that during checkout. As part of our standard service, we'll manually review it before we commence printing to ensure it meets all our specifications.
How do I provide feedback on the design that's created?
You will be contacted via email informing you that a proof is ready. Click the link in the email, and you can correspond with your designer to provide further instructions if required. Remember to keep a look out in your spam box in case the email arrives in there!
How do I get a free design with my label or sticker printing order?
Please enter your shape and size requirements in the tool above to get started. Once you've completed the steps and decided on a quantity, choose the "Checkout - design" option, where you can then upload any images/files and describe what you need in the notes box.
